Pneumatic Pitch Control

DAVID ROMAN DRUMS has invented a technology that lets you tune and calibrate any given drum skin to the desired pitch and tension.

Pneumatic Pitch Control is the tuning of the drum skin by the insertion of an inner tube between the skin and the shell. Using an everyday bicycle pump, equal air pressure is distributed around the drum producing a balanced tension all over the drum skin. This simply technology elegantly solves the age-old problem of drumming; quick and precise retuning of the drum skin.
